Owner Bill Thraves is an American Gem Society Registered Jeweler with 30 years experience in the jewelry industry. His credentials include a BSIE from Clemson University, Associate in Business from Tri County Technical College. He also holds certificates from the Gemological Institute of America in diamond grading and appraising, and colored stones. Bill has worked as a jewelry repairman and is certified by The Holland School for Jewelers. Bill is a 28 year resident of Oconee Co. and has served the community as presidents of the Downtown Merchants Association, Seneca Rotary club, and Dogwood Merchants association. He as served on the Chamber of Commerce board and as Commodore of the Keowee Sailing club.
